Part cooking challenge, part comedy show. Teams compete in a custom culinary battle hosted by Rally — creative rounds, surprise challenges, and a feast at the finish line. No chef skills required. Good energy mandatory.
The Rally Film Festival
Lights, camera, Rally. Teams get two hours, a phone, a prop, and a brief — then it's showtime. We screen every film, host the awards, and guarantee at least one Oscar-worthy performance from the most unexpected person on your team.

Hi, I'm Chris — a professional emcee and experience host based on Vancouver Island. I've spent years learning how to read a room, keep energy alive, and make sure every person in a group feels part of something.
Rally Experiences grew out of a simple observation: most team building is forgettable. People show up, go through the motions, and head home unchanged. I wanted to build something different — experiences that actually bring people together, that feel genuinely fun, and that your team chooses to talk about long after the day is done.
